Putin in charge ? – Are there no men in Russia ?

The world has watched for two decades as a man who you would not notice in a quiet metro train has taken control of the world’s largest country

The more we see of him the less impressive he is. How did he do it and – more importantly – who is behind him because it is impossible to imagine he is the leader of anything ?

It would be even more shocking to find out that he is not a “front” . That he really got there on his own and what passes for his personality actually controls Russia. In the name of all that is Holy, has Russia sunk this low that Putin seems strong ?

Surely Russia cannot be that devoid of genuine men ?

We ask because there is something creepy about Putin and always has been. The former KGB agent he had killed in London Alexander Litvinenko said he was involved in a paedophile ring. That has always struck us as incredible– like the QAnon lunacy which is so pushed by Trump supporters and other enemies of freedom. QAnon is maybe another false conspiracy pushed by the FSB, just like the “Protocols of the elders of Zion” lie created by their Czarist forefathers

But…. There IS something creepy about Putin

Do Russians see the same creepiness ? Its not the thuggish psychopathic swagger of Saddam, Ghaddafi or some other Middle Eastern psycho.

No, this is likes the mind of somebody with no morals, genuine manliness, or even sexuality, whatsoever. A simulation of a human being where lots of the bits which make up the human mind are missing. A bit like Trump, but more intelligent, though with even less ability to connect to people.

Clearly the truth will come out when he has gone. Lots of people who have supported him until now will be desperate to clear their name by talking about how charming he was, how they saw nothing. How they suspected but did not want to say

He is like Jeffrey Epstein the the USA or Jimmy Saville in the UK. Except in Russia he managed to take control of a whole country, with its police, courts, media and, above all, military and nuclear weapons.
